Heart In Hand is a Natural Health Center that promotes balance, enhanced wellbeing, and empowers you with healing techniques to help yourself. We provide a safe and comfortable area for sessions or classes and work to provide a supportive environment for our clients and students.

Meditation
      Group Class( minimum 4 people)     $40.00 per person for 6 weekly classes
            Private Session        $30.00  for Basic 3 classes 
                                                        $50.00 for Extended 6 classes
