What is Eden Energy Medicine?
Eden Energy Medicine is a method of working directly with the body's energy systems to help create health and wellness. It is both a complement to more traditional medical modalities and a complete self-contained system for self-help and self-care. In Energy Medicine, energy is both the medicine and the patient. Energy interventions are used to help balance energies. Eden Energy Medicine teaches specific techniques that can be used to activate the body's natural healing abilities. This can help to restore vital energies that have become weak, disturbed, or out of balance.

Shamanic approaches enhance a person's ability to seek and find the own answers to life's problems. Throughout time, Shamanism has been a way of life, learning how to walk in both worlds, blending earthly traditions and spiritual practices. Shamanic journeying gives you information and healing for yourself, for others, and for our Earth. Journeying opens up a sacred space within you and invites Spirit in to teach you, to help you to "remember" your soul's journey, and to help you unlock sacred knowledge deep in your soul.

What is CranioSacral Therapy?
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of the physiological body system called the CranioSacral system. CST helps to align the body and helps facilitate the body systems to work properly. Because it's so gentle and non-invasive, it has proven effective for all ages.

Tibetan Bowls Sound Healing
What is sound? Everything that moves vibrates, from the smallest molecule to the universe itself. As long as it is vibrating, it is making some kind of sound. We may not perceive the sound, as it may be below or above the threshold of our hearing. The human ear can hear sound vibrations between 20 and 20,000 cycles per second. Although we also perceive sound by skin and bone conduction, we also ingest and consume it with the whole body. Scientific studies show that sound can produce changes in the automatic, immune, endocrine, and neuropeptide systems. Every atom, molecule, cell, gland, and organ of the human body absorbs and emits sound.
Scientific analyses of electromagnetic brainwaves have confirmed the existence of clearly recognizable waves, which are connected to different states of consciousness. It is known that the brain in its normal state, i.e. in everyday conscience, produces beta waves. Alpha waves are present in the states of meditation and calm consciousness. Theta waves are typical for the state of slumber, whereas delta waves are present only during deep sleep.
The entire body, as well as our brain waves in a relaxed state, vibrates at a fundamental frequency of about 8 cycles per second, literally entraining and attuning us to the basic electromagnetic field of the earth itself.
Many modern scientists and doctors are translating this work into medical practice. Mitchell Gaynor, M.D., director of Medical Oncology and Integrative Medicine at the Strang-Cornell Cancer Prevention Center, and author of the book Sounds of Healing, uses Crystal Bowls and Tibetan Bowls in his practice with cancer patients.
